Why Africans must burn their Bibles, Qurans – Bisi Alimi

Nigerian gay activist, Bisi Alimi, has expressed resentment over the adoption of Christianity and Islamic religion by Africa. In a post on his instagram page, the gay activist, noted that he was looking forward to the day Africans will gather their Bibles and Qurans and burn them in a market place. Alimi, in his post maintained that Europeans used the bible to enslave Africans and as such the black race should reject Christianity and Islam. The first winner of Big Brother Nigeria reality show, Katung Aduwak, has said the show was designed by its creators to attract controversies and create agenda for social discussions. According to him, for every time that the reality TV show stirred controversy in the public space, it actually went in line with the script of its organizers. He stated this during the weekend while chatting with entertainment correspondents in Lagos. Big Brother Naija TTT denies being intimate with Bisola, says they have 'real talk' under the covers TTT has denied leading Bisola on or receiving a blow job from her, says they only talked whenever they went under the covers.

On Saturday, February 18, 2017, after the weekly house party, TTT and Bisola spent time under the covers in an intimate position that started a conversation on Twitter. In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, the former Big Brother Naija housemate who is married, but was romantically involved with Bisola, denied receiving a blow job from her or leading her on. "I wouldn't say I led her on. You know there is this thing with people, once you see a guy close to a lady you automatically think that there's something going on," he said.
According to him, he often had just conversations with Bisola whenever they went under the covers. "Most of the times Bisola and I went under the covers, we were not allowed to take off our mic, but we did. Took it off and that's when we will talk; like real talk," he explained. "She told me a whole lot of stuff about herself. One thing I want to lay straight is, she never knew I was married."Explaining that Bisola simply had a lot of confidence in him, TTT said, "She shared a whole lot of experiences; how she struggles as a single mom, leaving her daughter and coming to this place, how it was difficult for her and all that." "So, definitely, we built that bond. There was this day we were under the covers and I just removed the covers and I said 'let's not just die here.' Because staying under the covers all the time probably was sending out the wrong signals already," he added. Explaining what he meant when he said what he shared with her wasn't real, TTT said, "on stage when I did say that what Bisola and I had wasn't real - as soon as I left the doors my game had ended, I wasn't playing anymore." On what kept him going, the married TTT and proud father of two said, "Each time or before I went to bed, I always went to the part where my clothes were. I have pictures of my kids that I look at every night and bring me back to the reality, not to forget why I'm there in the first place." On Sunday, March 19, 2017, TTT became the sixth housemate to officially leave the Big Brother Naija house.

NFF confirms Super Eagles friendly with Burkina Faso has been called off

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed that the international friendly between the Super Eagles and Burkina Faso, which was scheduled for Monday in London, has been cancelled. “We regret to announce that the second friendly match we had scheduled for the Super Eagles as part of preparations for the remaining matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying series and the beginning of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualification race would no longer take place on Monday, 27th March 2017,” Chairman of the NFF Technical and Development Committee, Barrister Chris Green said. “The match in question is called off due to no fault of either the organisers or the Nigeria Football Federation. We will announce further plans for the Super Eagles’ preparation for these two important qualifying campaigns in due course.” It is understood that the game had to be called off, because some Burkinabe players failed to obtain British visas. The applications were still pending at the British Embassy in Morocco as at close of work on Friday, the last working day before match day in London.

Uroko whose body has been deposited in a nearby Mortuary was until his death one of the famous persons in the village. According to most young people in the community, he was a philanthropist who had contributed positively to the growth of the community. Men should stop sucking their wife’s breast, it’s for babies – Wale Oke

Prof Wale Oke, the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH has called on men to stop competing with their babies to suck the wives’ breast. Oke urged his fellow men to allow their babies to enjoy their natural meal. He spoke yesterday at the World Breastfeeding Week (WBW). The programme was organised by LASUTH Community Health Department in conjunction with the hospital’s Pediatrics. According to him, the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding were many. He said: “When a mother breastfeeds her baby, it creates bond between them. It is also a natural family mechanism. Breast-feeding mothers do not have bone diseases, breast and ovarian cancers”. Oke said the state had created an enabling environment for mothers with its policies to work and still feed their babies. “Working and breastfeeding can go together if mothers try because it is necessary to have healthy babies,” he said. On her part, First Lady of Lagos State, Wife of Lagos State Governor, Mrs Bolanle Ambode urged mothers to breastfeed their babies exclusively for six months so that they can be healthy. This, according to her, would prevent babies from coming down with childhood diseases, such as cough, diarrhea and catarrh, among others. Mrs Ambde, represented by the Permanent Secretary of the state’s Civil Service Pension Office, Mrs Ademola Olabowale, said medical science had made it known that breast supplied basic nutrients to newborns, adding that the breast milk remained the most important protein for babies’ growth. “The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for six months, and mixed breastfeeding up to two years,” she said. Breast milk, she said, usually helps to build the immunity for the newborns, saying it would protect them from childhood killer disease

Big Brother Naija: Why I won’t work with T-boss after reality show – TTT

Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Thin Tall Tony, also called TTT, has said he won’t be able to work with one of the housemates, T-boss, after the house. He also revealed that all through his stay in the house, he had no connection whatsoever with her. Viewers and lovers of the ongoing Reality TV Show had the notion that he was ‘into’ T-boss just as he was, Bisola. But after his eviction from the house last Sunday, TTT said otherwise. He made this known in a chat with Beat FM. Asked how he feels knowing that his strategy of philandering with Bisola and TBoss didn’t work for him, he said, “To correct that, I didn’t play with anyone’s emotion. “I tried as much as I can to know who these ladies were. Kalu had killed Shomzy out of jealousy, allegedly because she was double dating. He had murdered her around 4:36am, Sunday, 12th March 2017 after she spent the night with him. Unconfirmed rumours went viral that Kalu killed himself after what he did to Shomzy. GISTMANIA has been told that Kalu is still alive. The victim's friends say Kalu did not kill himself, rather he has been arrested and detained by Air Force police.

Big Brother Naija: Kemen meets other evicted housemates (PHOTOS)

Photographs have emerged of former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ekemini Ekerette, also known as Kemen, in a meeting with other evicted participants of the reality television show at Payporte’s office.
Kemen met with other evicted housemates: Uriel, Ese and Jon; however, the reason for the meeting is unknown.
Recall that Kemen was recently disqualified and evicted from the reality show on Sunday night for inappropriate acts with a female housemate, Tboss.
However, Kemen has apologised for his action.
In a post on his instagram account, Kemen asked Tboss for forgiveness, adding that he over played his game.
He wrote: “I knew that everybody was playing the game in the house at the same time competing for the prize. I realised that I overplayed my game which brought about my disqualification“.

Big Brother Naija housemate TBoss has opened up and given account of what really happened between her & fellow housemate Kemen who was disqualified yesterday after he was caught sexually abusing her.
Admitting she had taken alcohol before passing out for the night, TBoss said she never gave Kemen consent to touch her after Big Brother showed her what Kemen did.

Don Jazzy has indicated interest to sign Debbie Rise of Big Brother Naija to his Mavin Records after already signing 4 new acts; DNA twins, POE and John Drille.
The music artiste who is currently one of the housemates in the show is an unsigned act after parting ways with her former label. She is one to look out for and has caught the eye of the boss of Mavins crew. Reports suggest that, Don Jazzy, after hearing Debie Rise’s recently released single, “No Cunny Cunny” and her melodious un-edited voice in BBNaija show, took a liking to her and is considering putting pen to paper with her management.
Indeed, this will be a good step for Debbie Rise! Hopefully, this will pull through but we are unsure if there is any other label competing with Mavins crew to secure her signature. More details
